Abstract The existing power system does not have a unified grid resource management model. basic data of equipment assets cannot be stored, managed, and maintained in manner. production systems different departments are developed by manufacturers at times, which leads to the problem silos high maintenance costs. To solve this problem, business middle platform based on State grid-corporation public model (SG-CIM, CIM) is designed paper. Firstly, concept core technology introduced. Then dynamic migration strategy FA algorithm proposed. Finally, SG-CIM application scenario transmission distribution built its effectiveness analyzed.
